    Beach Clean Up

    SOA Timor-Leste in collaboration with The Beach Clean Up Team (EKLIVO) conducted weekly beach clean up in two different location Metiaut and Tasi Tolu Lake

    Mangrove Restoration

    Through Southeast Asia regional grant, SOA Timor-Leste team together with Conservation Flora no Fauna organised/conducted Mangrovre Restoration in Hera, the objective:

    1. Increase the coastal community's knowledge and encourage local people to conserve and protect mangrove forests in terms of biodiversity, coastal protection, promotion of mangrove-based livelihoods as well as adaptation and mitigation of climate change and blue carbon.
    2. Increase the University Student’s knowledge on how to protect and restorate mangrove
    3. Elevating and empowering the community's knowledge of the importance of mangroves for human life and teaching them how to conserve and protect the mangroves habitats for future generations of Timor-Leste.
